Like I said, it was an exciting game and it's always so suspenseful when the game goes to the 9th to decide the victor from the loser.

The 14th game won this season was the Detroit Tigers verses the Minnesota Twins on May 24. Holy Cow! 19-3. It was a washout with the Tigers cleaning up the Twins in an encounter that left Minnesota lost and depressed. There is not much more to say about this - an easy, easy win with the innings looking like this; 0-2,0-0,2-4,1-6,0-7,0-0,0-0,0-0,0-X. As you can see, it was all over by the 4th with the 5th seeming like overkill with another 7 runs scored by the Tigers just to rub it in.

Jay Bruce from the Cinncinati RedsThe 15th win for the season was the game between the Seattle Mariners and the famous New York Yankees with Seattle being the underdog and requiring to not lose by more than 1 run to take home the money on this run-line bet. Guess what happened? 5-6 was the final score with Seattle losing the game but winning the bet. What was amazing was that they led the game 5-2 right up to the 8th innings. It was then that the angry and pumped-up Yankees stood up to the plate and hit 4 big ones that took them from a crushing defeat to a slim win.
